Planning and confirmation

Production, handling and transit times depend on SKU, quantity, finish, documentation requirements, destination and freight route.

Reference production windows

• Standard items: 15–25 days
• Custom finishes: 25–40 days
• Full OEM or new packaging: 35–55 days

These ranges are planning references only; final lead time confirmed per SKU and written quote. Transit time is additional and route-dependent.

Freight and consolidation

Samples and time-sensitive orders may use air or courier service. Project and wholesale volumes may use ocean freight. For large orders, we can coordinate consolidation and container loading near Shenzhen port.

Order notes

• The shipping address must be provided before production begins for custom or OEM orders.
• Packaging, freight route, insurance and delivery terms are confirmed in the written quote.
• Transit damage claims must be reported with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
