Return and Refund Policy

This policy is issued by Entropy Global Limited.

Ready-to-Ship Retail and Sample Orders

Unopened, unused ready-to-ship retail items and samples may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@entropybrightglobal.com before shipping a return; the return address and instructions will be provided after authorization. Return shipping and any cross-border duties are the responsibility of the buyer. General exchanges are not offered; defective or incorrect items may be replaced case by case. No restocking fee is charged. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Bulk / Project Orders

Bulk orders are made to order. Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, incorrect specifications shipped, or transit damage supported by photo evidence reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is handled per case.

Custom / OEM Orders

Custom and OEM orders are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects against the approved sample, incorrect specifications, or transit damage. Custom orders require an approved pre-production sample before mass production.
