Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Specifics are confirmed by SKU, quantity and destination. Send product links and destination for an exact answer.

What are your lead times?

Lead time depends on SKU, quantity, finish, documentation needs and destination. For project and trade orders, we first confirm product fit, sample path and quantity, then provide estimated production and freight timing before quoting. If your project is urgent, send the destination country, quantity range and target opening date on WhatsApp.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product line and project scope. Some ready-to-ship items can be purchased as single pieces, while signature or custom project orders are confirmed by model, finish and quantity. Send the SKU or product link, quantity range and destination so we can confirm whether sample, small batch or bulk quote is the right path.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are confirmed by order type, buyer qualification and project scope. Samples, small-batch orders, project production and OEM or private-label development can follow different payment paths. We confirm terms before production or shipment, together with quote validity, freight option and documentation status.

Are the fixtures certified (UL / CE / ETL)?

Certification status varies by SKU and destination market. Some products may have documentation available, while others require confirmation before they can be recommended for a regulated project. Send the product link, destination country and required standard so we can confirm available documentation before quoting.

Request Certification Status
Can you match voltage to my market (110V / 220V)?

Voltage, plug, bulb and installation requirements are checked by SKU and destination market. For project orders, tell us the destination country and required voltage before quoting so we can confirm whether the model is suitable or needs adjustment.

What happens if items arrive damaged?

Packaging and freight options are confirmed before shipment. If an item arrives damaged, photos and order details are required on arrival so the issue can be reviewed under the agreed shipment terms. For project orders, packaging review and QC checkpoints should be confirmed before production or freight handoff.

Do you offer private label / OEM?

For qualified orders, Entropy Bright can discuss selected finish changes, drop height, layout, glass palette, packaging, labeling and limited structural adjustments by model. Development and sampling fees apply and are quoted upfront. OEM feasibility depends on expected quantity, destination market, certification needs and timeline.
