Customers can contact us via email, phone, or video conference to introduce their project background. We will discuss the project requirements, including product type, functionality, design direction, application scenarios, and budget, to ensure a clear understanding of the customer's core needs.

Based on the customer's needs, we provide an initial design proposal or concept plan, detailing the Product, Series, Scene, and Market levels. Customers can provide feedback and request modifications, and we will optimize the design to ensure it meets their expectations.

Before entering the sample production phase, customers must pay a sampling fee to ensure a smooth production and evaluation process. The sampling fee may be partially or fully deducted from the final bulk order.

After the design plan is confirmed, we proceed with sample production or provide a sample of an existing product. Customers can evaluate the sample for quality, materials, lighting effects, etc., and provide feedback for optimization to ensure the final product meets their actual needs.

Before mass production begins and after the sample is confirmed, customers must make a prepayment to initiate the bulk production process.

Once the sample is approved, we proceed with mass production. We strictly control the production process to ensure that each product meets quality standards and provide regular production progress updates.

Before the products are shipped, customers must pay the remaining balance to complete the order payment process.

After production is completed, we arrange logistics and delivery according to the agreed timeline. We also provide installation recommendations and technical support to ensure the successful implementation of the lighting solution.

Our cooperation does not end with product delivery. We offer long-term after-sales support and optimization advice to help customers achieve the best lighting experience and continuously improve solutions to adapt to market and business developments.
