• Project Type : Scenario Entromization

The client is a prominent entrepreneur in the international design and architecture industry, with a strong presence in high-end hotel management. Their hotel group specializes in creating luxurious, visually striking hotels with unique art styles and futuristic, innovative designs. The client aims to provide not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience that blends art, technology, and culture. Their hotels have become known for pushing the boundaries of traditional design, offering guests an environment that feels like stepping into the future.

For this project, the client plans to open a theme hotel in the heart of Tokyo, inspired by the cyberpunk aesthetic of the classic sci-fi film Blade Runner. They aim to attract young, tech-savvy consumers who are fans of futuristic design and pop culture, as well as business clients and artists seeking an innovative and unique space for events or stays.

The hotel will occupy a 3,000-square-meter space in a high-rise building in central Tokyo. The challenge is to create a spacious and open feel within a relatively compact area.

Each guest room will range from 25 to 50 square meters, and the design needs to maximize the use of space while maintaining a futuristic and comfortable atmosphere.

The design must be heavily influenced by the Blade Runner movie, incorporating elements of cyberpunk, futuristic technology, and industrial aesthetics. This means using a cool color palette of metallic silvers, deep blues, blacks, neon lighting, and transparent materials to create a sleek, otherworldly vibe. The client emphasizes a high-tech, immersive environment, featuring smart technologies such as interactive walls, holographic displays, and automated lighting systems. Furniture should reflect a streamlined, futuristic look, with metal accents, modular pieces, and a minimalist yet impactful design.

The hotel will offer an interactive experience, where guests can control aspects of their room, such as lighting, temperature, and entertainment, through a mobile app or voice control system. Common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, will be designed to resemble a high-tech cityscape, with architectural features like metallic panels, digital art installations, and futuristic furniture.

The client also wants to ensure that the furniture is adaptable for multi-functional purposes, allowing rooms to serve different needs for various guest types, from business travelers to leisure visitors. This futuristic hotel will not only be a place to stay but a unique cultural destination that immerses visitors in the vision of a future shaped by technology and imagination.
